FAMILY DAY WAS HELD ON THE 12 FEB. 2011 AND OH BOY, THERE WAS SO MUCH EXCITEMENT, FUN AND JOY!
Mitta for life was very honoured to have invited Yang Berhormat,Mr. Phee Boon Poh, State Executive Councillor to our Family Day.Yg. Berhormat was very impressed with the activities carried out by the centre and he was grateful that we had taken it upon ourselves to help the public with the reiki healing treatment and also having participatd in many other voluntary activities.
Our Chief Rev., members of the committee of Mahindarama Buddhist Temple, many volunteers, friends and supporters were present to help and celebrate the occasion which comprised of the traditional "LOE SANG", sing-along ,dancing and lucky draw. They also helped themselves to the large arrays of delicious food.
It was evident that everyone present had a good time.
As the crowd slowly left,MITTA FOR LIFE centre was awashed in a light shower, which was a good omen, like an "applause from the sky" for Mitta's continuing good work in the future.
The centre is very blessed to have dedicated volunteers and supporters who had contributed in various ways to make our FAMILY DAY a great success.
SADDHU!SADDHU!SADDHU!
